Teaching AI without the theatre
NOVEN is a channel about using AI well. It exists because most explanations sit at one of two extremes — hype or heavy technical detail — and very little lands in the middle, where most people actually are.
Who this is for
People who use AI at work or want to, and who’d rather understand what they’re doing than copy prompts off a list. You don’t need a technical background, and there’s nothing to install.
If you’ve tried a chatbot, got a mediocre answer, and quietly concluded the whole thing is overrated — this channel is aimed squarely at you. That experience is usually a prompting problem, and it’s fixable in an afternoon.
How lessons are made
Every lesson starts from a question people actually ask, not from whatever launched that week. Tools get tested before they get recommended, and when something turns out to be mediocre, the lesson says so.
Videos live on YouTube, and this site groups them into tracks so there’s an order to follow if you want one. Written tutorials go in the blog — anything you’ll want to copy from is easier to read than to watch.

How I approach this
Explain one thing properly
A lesson that covers a single idea completely is worth more than one that name-drops ten. If a topic needs thirty minutes, it gets thirty minutes.
Say when something is uncertain
A lot of AI content projects confidence it hasn't earned. Where the honest answer is 'nobody knows yet', that's the answer you'll get here.
Prefer the boring, useful thing
The techniques that reliably help most people aren't the exciting ones. Those get covered anyway, because they work.
No prerequisites you don't need
You can use these tools well without understanding the math. Where the underlying mechanism genuinely changes how you should behave, it gets explained — otherwise it doesn't.
