Privacy

The short version: this site counts page views without cookies, asks you for nothing, and does nothing else with your data.

What we collect

Anonymous page views, through Vercel Analytics. This is cookieless and doesn’t build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. It tells us which lessons people actually read, and nothing more.

What we don’t collect

  • No advertising or tracking cookies
  • No third-party analytics beyond the above
  • No accounts, so no passwords and no profiles
  • No email address — there is no signup form on the site, and no list to be added to

Embedded videos

Lessons embed YouTube videos, and nothing of YouTube’s loads until you click play. The still image you see before then comes from YouTube, but this site fetches it and serves it to you itself, so your browser never contacts Google and Google never sees your IP address. Once you press play the player loads and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies from that point. The embed uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which limits the tracking data YouTube collects.
