“The Bloomberg terminal for US real estate”
A market-intelligence terminal for US real estate — aggregated data across roughly 48,000 markets, from metros down to individual zip codes, pulled from Zillow, Census, BLS, FHFA and Redfin. The terminal itself is built; reonapp.com is currently the waitlist page in front of it.
“OCEAN IN THE TANK”
A platform for reef-aquarium keepers — tank tracking, coral collections and frag trading. The site is live, with the waitlist open; the shop is still marked as coming.
“LIVE FUTURES · PRICE ACTION · NINJATRADER”
A futures-trading education site built around price action and NinjaTrader. It is public and free, with a trader toolkit as the lead magnet feeding an email list.
“The Garage Arsenal · built in-house”
EDGEON is an order-flow signal engine for NinjaTrader 8, built on its own deterministic bar type so a replayed chart is byte-for-byte the chart that was traded. Eight signals, each confirming at bar close rather than repainting after the fact, logged and tested against their own history. It has no site of its own — it is written up inside Garage Trades, alongside the systems and testing tools built around it.
“Shipped solo, with AI”
This site. A static Next.js build that presents the other products, teaches from them, and is the only one on this page you can inspect without leaving it — the screenshot below is a page you are two clicks from. Content is typed data files, so adding a build or a lesson is an edit, not a deploy script.
